Who are you today? Select a role for a guided path:
Integration layer · Domain-agnostic · DDIL-native

One operating picture from every system you already run.

Your systems stay. Your picture finally agrees.

The coordination layer your enterprise stack is missing.

ATLAS plugs into your sensors, legacy COPs, TAK, and staff tools — fuses one reconciled picture, presents human-gated courses of action, records what was approved, and pushes the minimum picture back out. Built for DDIL; fully employable when connected. Complements JADC2 and programs of record — does not replace them.

What ATLAS does · can do · for whom
What it does
  • Ingest heterogeneous feeds via open adapters
  • Fuse one reconciled common operating picture
  • Human-gate every COA and release
  • Preserve custody and audit when links degrade
  • Diffuse minimum picture to TAK and legacy COP
What it can do
  • Immersive 3D COP + F-22 helmet six-pane view
  • DDIL edge COP: local fuse, CRDT merge, store-forward
  • Executable prove chains — not slide decks
  • C-UAS, staff logistics, EM, enterprise connect
  • Symphony on a chassis — one engine, many tools
For whom
  • PM / SBIR: 15-min executable proof
  • Prime / integrator: adapters in, TAK out
  • S3 / S4: one LOGSTAT under DDIL
  • EM / FEMA: ICS/NIMS, same chassis
  • Business / citizen: connect + SHIELD
The problem
Siloed sensors and legacy feeds produce incompatible tracks. Degraded links force manual reconciliation. Decisions and audit trails often do not survive disconnect.
What ATLAS does
A composable decision chassis — not monolithic C2: ingest → fuse → human-gated decide → custody → diffuse to TAK and legacy COP.
Our niche
Complements JADC2, DCGS, TITAN, and program-of-record systems. ATLAS owns synthesis, custody, and DDIL edge COP — integration-ready on day one; not fusion-engine replacement, mesh-network prime, or autonomous kill chain.
Pick a mission door — click to highlight in 3D above
Staff logistics
S4 / XO: one running estimate — LOGSTAT, RSOI, pacing items that survive DDIL.
Evaluate / prove
PM / SBIR: executable pass/fail chains in 15 minutes — not slides.
Emergency management
County EM / FEMA: ICS/NIMS, ESF, CAP — same chassis, civil language.
Live at secureassure.app · Veteran-built · No FedRAMP, IL-5, or ATO today. No OEM effector certification. No certified Link 16 terminal — tactical SATCOM/MANET requires configured partner transport.

Less confusion — one naming stack

SecureAssure hosts ATLAS — one decision platform with four front doors. SHIELD is only the personal-safety lane. Hosted at secureassure.app. Pick one front door per meeting — same mission thread and human-gated actions across lanes.

Is this SHIELD or ATLAS?
ATLAS is the platform. SHIELD is only the personal-safety lane at /phone.
Why secureassure.app?
SecureAssure is the company (ISS LLC). ATLAS is the product you operate and evaluate.
Replacing JADC2 / DCGS?
No — coordination and custody layer. Complements programs of record; does not replace fusion engines.

Path A · Operator

ATLAS is here for your mission.

Service member · FEMA chief · County EM · Watch officer

Same decision chassis as above: ingest your feeds, fuse one COP, human-gate every release, custody the audit trail, diffuse to TAK and legacy systems. Operational in 90 seconds — DDIL-native edge COP when the link dies (local fuse, CRDT merge on reconnect).

  • Branch / service
  • Echelon (team → strategic)
  • Mission type
  • Warfighting function (ADP 3-0, optional)
  • Mode (TRAINING default)
Launch in 90 seconds ~90s
Path B · Funder / Evaluator

ATLAS is here for your evaluation.

Program manager · SBIR reviewer · Acquisition evaluator · Prime BD

If you cannot understand us in 15 minutes, we failed. Every claim resolves to a live endpoint — pick one wedge (C-UAS, logistics, interop proof, EM). We complement JADC2/DCGS/PoR; we do not claim to replace them.

  • Problem → chassis → niche (above the fold)
  • Featured demo menu + executable proof
  • Live API smoke test
  • RFI form & reach-back

ObjectiveGive teams one shared picture and one decision record when networks, tools, and authorities are fragmented.
TodayStaff copy data between maps, chats, forms, feeds, and briefings; the audit trail is late or incomplete.
NewATLAS connects feeds, workflows, AI synthesis, human approval, DDIL queueing, and proof routes in one operating layer.
ExamsLive route proof, E2E tests, constraint sweeps, credential posture checks, and operator-reviewed demos.
Limits are explicit: external AI, S3 corpus sync, and deploy webhooks activate only when the owning environment provides credentials and authority. Absence of those keys is posture, not proof of a broken repair.

Technical core mechanics
Four simultaneous operations across the network canvas.
I
TAK / CoT Bridge
Universal Protocol Ingestion

Translates commercial web protocols (JSON webhooks, WebSockets, REST) directly into mil-spec Cursor-on-Target events. Any asset position — civilian phone or enterprise IP camera — packages as a standard tactical event that feeds natively into ATAK and Command JOCs without custom defense middleware.

II
DDIL Store-and-Forward
Resilient Edge Synchronization

Nodes leverage a localized, asynchronous store-and-forward ledger. Telemetry vectors cache securely at the edge device and sync back into the global master grid the millisecond a packet pathway opens — preserving strict operational data integrity across contested, disconnected environments.

III
2-Node Mesh Consensus
Collaborative Triangulation

When one node submits a bearing vector, the system creates a directional line from its GPS point. The moment a second geographically separated node observes the same anomaly within a strict 5-second window, the backend runs a spherical intersection algorithm and locks down the precise lat / lon / alt entirely through passive, crowdsourced observation.

IV
Synthetic SDR Emulation
Hardware-Free Spectrum Analysis

Based on the target’s classified hardware identity (DJI OcuSync, military COFDM, FPV analog), the backend mathematically generates a synthetic frequency-and-amplitude waveform array. This emulated RF footprint streams straight to the user’s HUD chart widget, proving the target’s electronic signature without a single piece of radio hardware. Output is a mathematical model — not a measured signal.

So what — and for whom
Operations are suffocating under excessive hardware logistics and fragmented data silos. We solve this by converting infrastructure into pure code arithmetic.

By treating people, hardware, and software as equal, collaborative nodes on a shared grid, our engine eliminates the latency of human translation and the massive expense of single-use hardware. When a threat lacks a verified digital fingerprint, the system maps the discrepancy instantly, routes the alert across all echelons via TAK or secure webhooks, and delivers synchronized ground truth in less than 500 milliseconds.

Enterprise & Critical Infrastructure

Tactical edge spine — Waze for the battlespace

Every soldier, vehicle, and sensor is a node — like drivers sharing road conditions on Waze, but for contested operations. ESMS mesh sense at the edge becomes CoT on local WinTAK/ATAK without a cloud round-trip. GPS-denied PNT keeps the convoy moving. Yellow Pages shows who is online before you share position; full SA unlocks on connect accept. PACE-aware transport blends mesh, tactical radio, SATCOM, and DDIL store-forward so logistics and maritime lanes stay autonomous when spectrum drops. Rogue helo, fiber-optic drone, and vessel tracks classify on the same COP — human-in-the-loop on every lethal effect.

Universal Connector — plug anything in
One front door for any device, sensor, unit, or partner system.
  • Register oncePOST /api/connect/register: say what you are (sensor / effector / unit / partner C2 / feed / citizen) and what you speak.
  • Get everything back in one response — identity token, permission template for your class, and the exact endpoints for your protocols (CoT/TAK, USEIF JSON, acoustic, ADS-B, MQTT, field cues).
  • Data flows in seconds — observations fuse into COP contacts, stream out as TAK CoT, and feed intel automatically. Kinetic actions always require a human.
  • Health tracked, audit kept — a conductor sweeps every connection (ACTIVE / IDLE / STALE), every transition writes an append-only audit row, revocation is one call.

When the inquiry comes — IG audit, congressional review, FEMA reimbursement, malpractice — the decision chain is either documented or it isn’t. We built the synthesis layer that closes it: not a replacement for ATAK, WebEOC, or what you already have — the coordination layer that makes all of it work together, keeps every decision on record, and runs offline when the infrastructure doesn’t.
