Translates commercial web protocols (JSON webhooks, WebSockets, REST) directly into mil-spec Cursor-on-Target events. Any asset position — civilian phone or enterprise IP camera — packages as a standard tactical event that feeds natively into ATAK and Command JOCs without custom defense middleware.
