Honest boundary: ATLAS monitors secure-room posture and preserves RF/security evidence. It does not accredit SCIF facilities, provide SIPRNET/JWICS authority, or certify ICD/ICS 705 compliance. Physical accreditation remains with the customer's Accrediting Official.
